What if something happened that you didnt planned simply started out of the blue and you decided to keep it as a secret between the two of you. Then what seems to be a simple "sex anytime you want no strings attached" turned into something you could not possible imagine will happened. One night scare of confusion and pleasure you cannot forget. You dont even have the courage to face your friends.
This is the story of Carissa (not her real name) whos life was changed because of her addictness to sex and because of a twist of circumstances.
Carissa is an only child and a victim of a broken family. She lived with her dad since day one when her mom ran with another man. Although her father is a good provider, he is also a drunk and a gambler. They lived in a descent townhouse in Quezon City, and shes going to a private school. It was tough for Carissa but everyday it made her strong and made big dreams for herself. Growing, "sex" is nothing new to her. Stories upon stories of her friends doing it passed her ears almost everyday. It was peer-pressure that lead her and her boyfriend to do it, they were both 14.
Carissa stopped after that experience because shes afraid of getting pregnant and her dreams might not come to reality. Carissa is a smart and an entrepreneur, she sells some homemade cookies she baked herself (the only this she got from her mom is great cooking). She graduated high school with honors and went to college. Then tragedy struck when her dad got fired from his job. Against her will Carissa had to find a part-time job while she studies. Carissa fell behind from her studies and she had to stop completely just to support the two of them. Carissa started going with her friends from work, and her attitude started changing as well. She started partying, drinking and even smoking. Her partying become more worst when her dad found a job as a hardware store manager which gave her more plenty of time hanging with her friends.
Carissa is particularly close to Wylie (not his real name). They are bestfriends in and out of work. Wylie is welcome to Carissa's house and even treated as a family member. Carissa even calls him "kuya" even he is only months older that her. It started when Wylie would sometimes comes to Carissa's house everytime Wylie and his girlfriend had an argument. Wylie will use Carissa's computer to freely surf the internet and browse for porn. He even sometimes watch porn videos in Carissa's room. One time when Wylie slept in Carissa's room he touched Carissa which surprised the young lady. With surging hormones they succumbed to the temptation and had let go of their inhibitions to a fiery sex. It was almost like her first time again. The next day the two made it sure nothing will change and it will be the last time. "Never say never", thats what happened and it became a regular thing for the two of them. For me when I heard this story long way back and the phrase "bestfriends with benefits" came only with Alanis Morisette's song which I forgot the title, whos meaning is having casual-no-string-attached-sex with your bestfriend was very very new to me back then. It went around for months and Carissa is even enjoying it, and learned almost all the trick of the trade. Wylie taught her so many things and she openly accept it. Nobody in their circle of friends has an idea whats going on.
Who said being friend-with-benefits is easy. Carissa is falling for Wylie who is nice, generous, smart, and good in bed. But she knew deep in her heart that Wylie only love her as a friend, no more no less. She tried to hide it by dating men outside her group of friend and even been in bed with her dates, which she also kept from Wylie. Still they continue engaging in sex everytime Wylie is around. But deep inside her she wants more than sex but she wants Wylie's affection and love. But everything is going to change one night.
